Wide Channel Support For Pro Tools 2023.6

This beta build includes support for the new channel layouts in Pro Tools 2023.6 including 5.0.2, 5.1.2, 5.0.4, 4.1.4, 7.0.4, 7.1.4, 7.0.6, 7.1.6, 9.0.4, 9.1.4, 9.0.6, 9.1.6, ambisonics 4, 5, 6, and 7. These new formats allow flexibility of metering tracks up to 64 channels wide.

Improved Workflows For Mapping Channels For CoreAudio Devices

The Audio Device Settings window now automatically scrolls when dragging channel assignment clicklets.

When creating a new meter, clicking on a channel slot will set the default channel mapping starting at the slot that is clicked on.

Massive Meter Bridge Properly Isolates Based On Selected Network Adaptor

The Massive Meter Bridge will now properly only see Massive Meter plugins that are on the same network.

In the Settings window for both the Massive Meter plugin and Massive Meter Bridge application, the Network Interface popup menu now shows an “Any/All” option in addition to the different network interfaces it fines and 127.0.0.1 (local host).

Any/All is selected by default and provides the broadest level of access between the Massive Meter plugin and the Massive Meter Bridge.

Selecting a specific IP address will limit communications including Massive Meter plugin discovery to computers that are on the same switch/router.

Selecting Local – 127.0.0.1 will limit the Massive Meter plugin to only connecting to a Massive Meter Bridge on the same computer.

Bug Fixes
